Fui atleta toda mi vida, as\u00ed que nunca estuve a dieta.  Siempre aliment\u00e9 mi cuerpo para rendir al m\u00e1ximo.  Nunca me mat\u00e9 de hambre suprimiendo los carbohidratos, las grasas, las prote\u00ednas ni nada por el estilo.<\/p>\n<p>Ni que decir tiene que no ten\u00eda ni idea de lo que hablaban mis clientes, as\u00ed que me cost\u00f3 mucho trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>Inmediatamente me dirig\u00ed a la librer\u00eda local \"Borders\" y compr\u00e9 todos los libros de dietas que pude.  Despu\u00e9s de unos meses, le\u00ed 68 libros de dieta diferentes.   Se podr\u00eda pensar que yo sabr\u00eda mis cosas despu\u00e9s de todo ese esfuerzo sin embargo, yo estaba freakin m\u00e1s confundido que nunca.<\/p>\n<h4>Todos los libros de dietas se contradec\u00edan. Entend\u00eda perfectamente por lo que estaban pasando mis clientes. La nutrici\u00f3n es sencilla; sin embargo, es complicada porque muchos vendedores y \"gur\u00fas expertos en dietas\" necesitan llamar tu atenci\u00f3n, por lo que exageran la verdad y a menudo mienten descaradamente.<\/h4>\n<p>En este post, voy a compartir los 5 principios que funcionan para todos los seres humanos con un latido del coraz\u00f3n.  Por \"trabajo\" me refiero a que si usted vive constantemente por estos principios y combinarlos con el entrenamiento de fuerza constante y acondicionamiento cardiovascular, entonces usted va a mejorar su fuerza y resistencia y verse y sentirse a\u00fan mejor.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed que vayamos al grano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3802\" src=\"https:\/\/www.billybeck.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/IMG_8520.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"607\" height=\"584\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a la \"Regla #3: Coma una comida de Fuego o Combustible cada 3 horas para liberar grasa como combustible\", esto no es totalmente cierto.  Comer consistentemente \"automatiza\" en tu mente para que no te saltes comidas y no dupliques tus comidas.  Esto ayuda al cambio de comportamiento y al cumplimiento.  Si prefiere comer cada 4, 5 \u00f3 6 horas, est\u00e1 bien.  Sin embargo, si tiene tanta hambre cuando come que toma malas decisiones y come hasta hartarse como un pavo en Acci\u00f3n de Gracias, entonces es posible que desee ajustarse y comer antes de que se muera de hambre como Marvin.<\/p>\n<p>La clave es ser constante.  Coma aproximadamente a la misma hora todos los d\u00edas.  Tenga un plan y c\u00famplalo.  La mayor\u00eda de mis clientes comen 4 veces al d\u00eda, pero algunos comen m\u00e1s y otros menos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ejemplo de un d\u00eda de abastecimiento de combustible (nombre del cliente no revelado por razones de privacidad)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>7am Despertar. Beber 0,5 L de agua\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>7:30h Tren seg\u00fan horario<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>9 de la ma\u00f1ana: Batido de prote\u00ednas y ar\u00e1ndanos o manzana.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>12-1pm: Pechuga de Pollo o Salm\u00f3n o Gambas con ensalada verde grande con aceite de oliva virgen extra y lim\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3-4pm: Repite el batido de prote\u00ednas o el almuerzo.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>7-8pm: Salm\u00f3n salvaje, pur\u00e9 de boniato, esp\u00e1rragos, ali\u00f1o.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Como puedes ver, esto no es lujoso. Es sencillo.  Requiere planificaci\u00f3n previa.  Si empiezas el d\u00eda sin un plan, est\u00e1s abocado al fracaso.  No hace falta que sea perfecto, pero s\u00ed que sea constante.  Come m\u00e1s o menos a la misma hora todos los d\u00edas y ver\u00e1s que no s\u00f3lo ahorras tiempo, sino que tienes una energ\u00eda mucho m\u00e1s constante a lo largo del d\u00eda.
