Aqu\u00ed est\u00e1...<\/p>\n<h3>8 acciones diarias que transforman su mente, su cuerpo y su rendimiento<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Hidrataci\u00f3n: Bebe la mitad de tu peso corporal en onzas de agua al d\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li>Consuma los alimentos m\u00e1s pr\u00f3ximos a su origen natural.  Evite los alimentos procesados la mayor parte del tiempo.<\/li>\n<li>Coma una \"comida de resultados\" (comida equilibrada) antes de estar \"hambriento\". Planifica tus horarios de comidas y c\u00famplelos.<\/li>\n<li>Lleve un diario de alimentos.  Un estudio de investigaci\u00f3n mostr\u00f3 un aumento de 64% en los resultados.
