Curiosamente, en individuos entrenados en fuerza esas mejoras se asocian con mayor frecuencia a ganancias de 15 a 18 libras de masa corporal magra en un plazo de dos meses.\" - Charles Poliquin<\/p>\n<p>Conoc\u00ed esta prueba gracias al entrenador de fuerza de fama mundial, Charles Poliquin. Poco despu\u00e9s de poner sus t\u00e1cticas en efectos con un n\u00famero de mis clientes me di cuenta de que muchos de ellos comenzaron a dormir mejor, creci\u00f3 m\u00e1s fuerte y como resultado experiment\u00f3 la p\u00e9rdida de grasa y el aumento del m\u00fasculo a un ritmo m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido que mis clientes que no se hab\u00edan sometido a la suplementaci\u00f3n HCL.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el HCL?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>HCL es \u00e1cido clorh\u00eddrico. Se segrega en el est\u00f3mago y desempe\u00f1a un papel fundamental en la digesti\u00f3n y la absorci\u00f3n de nutrientes. Consulte siempre a su m\u00e9dico y haga que su cliente haga lo mismo antes de emprender cualquier programa de ejercicio o nutrici\u00f3n.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A t\u00edtulo ilustrativo, digamos que est\u00e1 comiendo una comida que consiste en pechuga de pollo a la plancha y verduras al vapor.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Coma la mitad de su fuente de prote\u00ednas (pollo en este caso)<\/li>\n<li>Tomar 1 c\u00e1psula de HCL (200 mg)<\/li>\n<li>C\u00f3mete la otra mitad del pollo<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3n, terminar las verduras<\/li>\n<li>Espere 15 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Si siente como si hubiera tomado un trago de caf\u00e9 caliente, entonces tiene niveles suficientes de HCL. La cantidad de tiempo requerida para restaurar los niveles de HCL var\u00eda. He visto a algunas personas pasar de 4 c\u00e1psulas a cero en un mes, mientras que otras tardan hasta un a\u00f1o y medio.<\/p>\n<p>Hay muchos factores que contribuyen a los bajos niveles de HCL, uno de los cuales es el estr\u00e9s (f\u00edsico, mental y emocional).
