Y lo que es a\u00fan m\u00e1s sorprendente, \u00a142% admiten que lo dejan en el primer mes!<\/h3>\n<p><strong>\u00bfFuncionan los objetivos?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La psic\u00f3loga Gail Matthews realiz\u00f3 un estudio en 2015 que demostr\u00f3 que cuando las personas escriben sus objetivos, entonces ten\u00edan 33% m\u00e1s \u00e9xito en comparaci\u00f3n con aquellos que simplemente creaban objetivos en su cabeza.<\/p>\n<p>En 2006, los investigadores Locke y Lathan descubrieron una relaci\u00f3n entre el establecimiento de objetivos y el aumento de la motivaci\u00f3n, la autoestima y la confianza en uno mismo.<\/p>\n<p>Pero, \u00bfrealmente necesitamos estudios que nos demuestren que fijar objetivos funciona?<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfSe ha convertido alguien accidentalmente en el mejor atleta del planeta?<\/p>\n<p>Alguna vez se ha levantado alguien y ha dicho: \"\u00a1Vaya, estoy en la mejor forma de mi vida! \u00a1Ni siquiera quer\u00eda hacerlo! Sin embargo, la mayor\u00eda de las veces, no tienen claro lo que quieren conseguir con su entrenamiento y nutrici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h4>Sin una visi\u00f3n clara y convincente de lo que desea llegar a ser, el fracaso es inminente.<\/h4>\n<p>He aqu\u00ed por qu\u00e9...<\/p>\n<p>No es f\u00e1cil conseguir el mejor cuerpo de todos los tiempos y poseer una energ\u00eda inagotable para ser el mejor y dar lo mejor de uno mismo.<\/p>\n<p>Y es pr\u00e1cticamente imposible sin una visi\u00f3n clara y convincente de tu futuro yo.<\/p>\n<p>Sin este objetivo final, careces de la fortaleza y el prop\u00f3sito necesarios para seguir adelante cuando las cosas se ponen dif\u00edciles.<\/p>\n<p>Armado con tu visi\u00f3n clara y convincente, \u00a1tienes un prop\u00f3sito mayor!  Este prop\u00f3sito te impulsa cuando surgen retos.<\/p>\n<p>No me canso de repetirlo.  Es absolutamente necesario que inviertas tiempo en crear mentalmente tu nuevo yo.<\/p>\n<p>Toda creaci\u00f3n comienza con un pensamiento.  Con suficiente emoci\u00f3n y repetici\u00f3n, se forma una creencia.<\/p>\n<p>Para muchas personas, aqu\u00ed se acaba todo.  Creer lo es todo. Las creencias son las reglas con las que vivimos.  A menudo, ignoramos por completo qu\u00e9 nos lleva a hacer lo que hacemos y por qu\u00e9 no hacemos otras cosas.<\/p>\n<h4>Si quieres salir victorioso, debes tener tres creencias fundamentales.<\/h4>\n<h4>\"Puedo hacerlo.  Lo har\u00e9.  Y merece la pena porque........\":<\/h4>\n<p>Podr\u00eda salirme por la tangente y empezar a ense\u00f1ar todo tipo de detalles, pero eso no te servir\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>En su lugar, le toca a usted.<\/p>\n<h4>Lo que hagas a continuaci\u00f3n determinar\u00e1 qu\u00e9 tipo de persona eres y en qu\u00e9 tipo de persona te convertir\u00e1s en el futuro.<\/h4>\n<p>\u00bfEres de los que ponen excusas o de los que pasan a la acci\u00f3n?<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfEres de los que ignoran las cosas importantes o de los que hacen lo importante aunque no sea f\u00e1cil?<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfTe gu\u00eda el miedo y la duda o la fe y el coraje?<\/p>\n<h4>Ahora mismo, escribe la respuesta a estas preguntas.<\/h4>\n<p>1. Si pudiera conseguir cualquier cosa con mi cuerpo, \u00bfqu\u00e9 me gustar\u00eda sentir?  \u00bfC\u00f3mo me gustar\u00eda que fuera mi cuerpo? \u00bfQu\u00e9 me gustar\u00eda que mi cuerpo fuera capaz de hacer (correr una cierta distancia, levantar una cierta cantidad de peso, tocarse los dedos de los pies, etc.)?<\/p>\n<p>2.  Imagina por un momento que ya est\u00e1s all\u00ed.  Ahora describe c\u00f3mo te sientes.  \u00bfC\u00f3mo ser\u00eda tu vida si ya estuvieras viviendo en este cuerpo sano, vibrante, lleno de energ\u00eda y fuerte que tan bien te sirve?<\/p>\n<p>3.
