Chris es esa rara mezcla de cient\u00edfico y artista. No hay nadie mejor cuando se trata de crear deliciosas comidas orientadas a los resultados. Estas tortitas est\u00e1n repletas de prote\u00ednas y carbohidratos buenos (Fuel Meal). Tambi\u00e9n son ideales para llevar. Puedes calentarlas o comerlas fr\u00edas. Saben muy bien de cualquier manera.<\/p>\n<p>Suelo comerlos entre cliente y cliente o si estoy en un seminario opto por estos en lugar de una barrita o un batido.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cuando se trata de quemar grasa, construir m\u00fasculo y tener energ\u00eda, LA ALIMENTACI\u00d3N REAL Manda.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Tortitas de ar\u00e1ndanos f\u00e1ciles y r\u00e1pidas<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h5><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>1 taza de copos de avena (prefiero los copos de avena sin gluten)<\/li>\n<li>3 claras de huevo<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de reques\u00f3n bajo en grasas<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharaditas de extracto de canela<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla<\/li>\n<li>20 ar\u00e1ndanos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>M\u00e9todo de preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Mezcle todos los ingredientes excepto los ar\u00e1ndanos en una batidora hasta obtener una mezcla homog\u00e9nea.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir los ar\u00e1ndanos y mezclar con la masa.<\/li>\n<li>Precaliente una sart\u00e9n antiadherente de tama\u00f1o mediano a fuego medio.  Roc\u00ede ligeramente con aceite en aerosol antiadherente.<\/li>\n<li>Verter 1\/4 de la masa en la sart\u00e9n hasta que est\u00e9 lo suficientemente s\u00f3lida como para darle la vuelta.
