Aparentemente, ese era el secreto de su p\u00e9rdida de peso, o eso quer\u00eda pensar todo el mundo. Es as\u00ed de simple: come lo que quieras durante todo el d\u00eda y deja de hacerlo a las 8 de la tarde. Sin embargo, nuestra investigaci\u00f3n en monos rhesus, que se consideran un modelo excelente para estudiar los problemas de obesidad de los primates (hombres y monos), demostr\u00f3 que comer por la noche no tiene m\u00e1s probabilidades de favorecer el aumento de peso que comer durante el d\u00eda.\"<\/em> afirma la Dra. Judy Cameron, cient\u00edfica principal de las Divisiones de Ciencias Reproductivas y Neurociencia del Centro Nacional de Investigaci\u00f3n de Primates de Oreg\u00f3n de la OHSU.<\/p>\n<p>Como a menudo se malinterpreta la investigaci\u00f3n, perm\u00edtanme darles mi traducci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>La hora a la que comes no es tan importante como lo que comes y la cantidad.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En otras palabras, tanto si sale el sol como si se pone, la mayor\u00eda de la gente engorda porque come demasiados alimentos equivocados.<\/p>\n<p>Todav\u00eda no he visto a nadie engordar por comer los alimentos m\u00e1s cercanos a su fuente natural.<\/p>\n<p>Patatas fritas, helado, cerveza, vino, galletas, pizza, alitas, donuts, tarta... A esa hora ya es demasiado tarde. La puesta de sol no provoca antojos. Los antojos son un efecto secundario de no proporcionar al cuerpo las cantidades adecuadas de nutrientes necesarios para la supervivencia. Debes comer lo suficiente de los alimentos adecuados a lo largo del d\u00eda y mantenerte hidratado en el proceso. Puedes prevenir los antojos siguiendo estos 5 principios.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Beba la mitad de su peso corporal en onzas de agua al d\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li>Coma los alimentos m\u00e1s pr\u00f3ximos a su fuente natural.<\/li>\n<li>Evite los alimentos procesados<\/li>\n<li>Comer fuego o combustibles cada 3 horas<\/li>\n<li>Come de forma tranquila y relajada.
