Lo llamo INFERNO.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>INFERNO = P\u00e9rdida de grasa<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>INFERNO es un protocolo de umbral de lactato que b\u00e1sicamente significa que va a quemar como H-E-doble palos de hockey. Este ardor, como probablemente sepas, est\u00e1 causado por una acumulaci\u00f3n de \u00e1cido l\u00e1ctico. Lo que quiz\u00e1s no sepas es la respuesta del cuerpo a este estado. El objetivo principal del cuerpo es siempre la supervivencia por encima de cualquier otra cosa.  Cuando los m\u00fasculos se llenan de \u00e1cido l\u00e1ctico, ya no pueden contraerse. En t\u00e9rminos de supervivencia (piensa en el hombre de las cavernas evitando al tigre dientes de sable), esto significa que no puedes \"LUCHAR o VOLAR\".  Esencialmente, sus posibilidades de supervivencia no son buenas en este estado inducido por el \u00e1cido l\u00e1ctico.  La respuesta del cuerpo es eliminar el exceso de \u00e1cido l\u00e1ctico, por lo que la gl\u00e1ndula pituitaria libera la hormona del crecimiento (GH) para ayudar a hacerlo. La hormona del crecimiento quema grasa, desarrolla m\u00fasculo y mejora el aspecto f\u00edsico. Cuanto mayor es la quema, mayor es la liberaci\u00f3n de GH \ud83d\ude42 .<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Eficacia probada en las trincheras<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>El INFERNO no es un entrenamiento que se me haya ocurrido para este v\u00eddeo.  Lo he puesto a prueba durante los \u00faltimos 6 a\u00f1os (2005) y ha cumplido. De lo contrario, no lo estar\u00eda compartiendo.  Cuando se combina con la nutrici\u00f3n adecuada y una mentalidad enfocada puedes esperar perder 0.5% de grasa corporal por semana (aunque muchas veces vemos una mayor reducci\u00f3n de grasa).<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Desaf\u00edo = Cambio<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Lo bueno de este v\u00eddeo, en lugar de imprimir el programa, es que ver\u00e1s qu\u00e9 nivel de intensidad se requiere para crear un cambio f\u00edsico. Tenga en cuenta que no todo el mundo est\u00e1 al nivel de Adam.  \u00c9l lleva a\u00f1os entrenando.  Depende de usted determinar por d\u00f3nde empezar. Sugiero empezar con 1 serie y progresar a 2 series y luego a 3 series por circuito. La clave es desafiar al cuerpo.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Un error com\u00fan que hace que el INFERNO sea ineficaz<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Un \u00faltimo punto que me gustar\u00eda recalcar es que cronometres tus periodos de descanso con un cron\u00f3metro. No hagas c\u00e1lculos aproximados. <strong> Los periodos de descanso espec\u00edficos producen resultados espec\u00edficos.<\/strong> La mayor\u00eda de la gente descansa demasiado.
