A una edad tan temprana me dediqu\u00e9 por completo a aprender todo lo posible sobre entrenamiento, nutrici\u00f3n, suplementaci\u00f3n y esculpir mi cuerpo. Si los encadenas, es como en la pel\u00edcula de Superman, cuando volaba alrededor de la Tierra para volver atr\u00e1s en el tiempo... \u00bfte acuerdas?<\/p>\n<p>Para m\u00ed, la clave siempre ha sido la constancia. Siempre mido la cantidad suficiente de prote\u00edna en polvo para cada d\u00eda de mi viaje y meto una raci\u00f3n en bolsitas con cremallera del tama\u00f1o de un tentempi\u00e9. Tambi\u00e9n pongo todos mis suplementos en bolsitas zip-top para cada d\u00eda de viaje. Tambi\u00e9n llevo at\u00fan enlatado o en bolsas, pollo y una variedad de barritas de prote\u00ednas decentes. En cuanto llego al lugar, lo primero que hago es buscar un buen gimnasio (ya sea en el hotel o cerca de \u00e9l) y una tienda de comestibles donde pueda comprar agua, ensalada, yogur, fruta y verdura. Nunca ceno fuera y opto por comer en mi habitaci\u00f3n con las cosas que tengo. Y me hidrato con mucha agua durante todo el viaje. Se trata de planificar con antelaci\u00f3n y ser consciente de cu\u00e1les son tus objetivos. Si tengo esa mentalidad, es f\u00e1cil mantenerla.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Billy:<\/strong> Usted escribi\u00f3 un gran libro llamado \"Muscle Chow\". En \u00e9l, tienes montones de recetas con un sabor incre\u00edble y f\u00e1ciles de hacer. \u00bfPodr\u00eda compartir con nosotros una de sus recetas favoritas?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gregg:<\/strong> He tardado casi dos a\u00f1os en escribirlo y tengo muchas recetas de las que estoy orgulloso. Lo mejor de Muscle Chow es que lo escrib\u00ed desde la perspectiva de los hombres, as\u00ed que todas las recetas son muy f\u00e1ciles de hacer y muy nutritivas. El concepto del libro est\u00e1 dividido en tres fases: la fase relajada, la fase delgada y la fase madura. Te voy a dar una gran receta de la fase magra llamada <em>\"Ensalada de Pollo Pita en 2 Minutos\".<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>ENSALADA DE POLLO DE PITA EN 2 MINUTOS<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-193\" title=\"pollo_pita\" src=\"https:\/\/www.billybeck.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/chicken_pita-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" \/><br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p>En s\u00f3lo tres sencillos pasos, puedes preparar uno de los s\u00e1ndwiches de ensalada de pollo m\u00e1s sabrosos. Cuando tengo prisa y s\u00f3lo dispongo de un par de minutos (literalmente), esta es una comida estupenda. S\u00f3lo tienes que tener estos sencillos ingredientes a mano, y es un broche de presi\u00f3n-2 minutos de principio a fin.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 pan de pita (elija la marca con menos grasa y sodio que encuentre)<\/li>\n<li>1 lata (3 onzas) de pollo en trozos, enjuagado y escurrido dos veces<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de nata agria sin grasa<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de yogur natural desnatado<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de mostaza marr\u00f3n picante<\/li>\n<li>Una pizca de condimento de eneldo y pimienta negra molida<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd taza de lechuga picada<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>C\u00f3mo hacerla:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Paso 1:<\/strong> Poner el pan de pita en el horno tostador y tostar ligeramente para calentar<\/p>\n<p><strong>Segundo paso: <\/strong>En un bol, mezclar el pollo, la nata agria, el yogur, la mostaza y el eneldo y la pimienta. Mezclar sin deshacer el pollo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tercer paso:<\/strong> Cortar el pan de pita por la mitad. Rellene cada lado con \u00bc de taza de la lechuga y, a continuaci\u00f3n, a\u00f1ada la ensalada de pollo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Que aproveche!<\/p>\n<p>Para 1 raci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Informaci\u00f3n nutricional:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>192 calor\u00edas, 26 g de prote\u00ednas, 18 carbohidratos, 2,5 g de grasa total, 3 g de fibra<\/p>\n<p><strong>Billy:<\/strong> \u00bfQu\u00e9 consejo podr\u00eda dar a alguien que quiere perder barriga y conseguir un six pack?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gregg:<\/strong> \u00bfQuieres la versi\u00f3n aguada y amable o quieres la realidad? Yo digo que seamos realistas. La verdad es que tienes que decidirte a hacerlo de verdad. Veo a tantas personas buscando el plan de dieta adecuado, el \u00faltimo libro o el momento adecuado para empezar cuando todo se reduce realmente a una decisi\u00f3n. Si usted puede hacer eso, usted estar\u00e1 bien en su manera de alcanzar finalmente su meta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Billy<\/strong>: Puesto que usted es el <em>Maestro de vivirlo<\/em>\u00bfPodr\u00eda explicarnos c\u00f3mo es un d\u00eda t\u00edpico de comida para usted?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gregg:<\/strong> Claro, esta es mi dieta superfant\u00e1stica (voz de Arnold). Voy a hacer esto durante 2 semanas y luego evaluar d\u00f3nde estoy y hacer algunos ajustes.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Despertar: beber 4 litros de agua y despu\u00e9s tomar un caf\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Desayuno: 6 huevos (2 enteros) con tostadas Ezekiel y aceite de lino rociado sobre las tostadas.<\/li>\n<li>Merienda: bebida verde en polvo y una pieza de fruta<\/li>\n<li>Almuerzo: ensalada grande con pollo o pescado a la plancha por encima (sin ali\u00f1o)<\/li>\n<li>Merienda: yogur griego desnatado con stevia, 7 almendras y una manzana.<\/li>\n<li>Merienda: bebida verde en polvo o un batido de prote\u00ednas de 1 cacito mezclado con agua.<\/li>\n<li>Cena: pollo, pescado, pavo o ternera magra con verduras y quinoa o arroz integral<\/li>\n<li>Merienda tard\u00eda: taza de t\u00e9 de hierbas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si lo haces durante dos semanas, \u00a1te garantizo que te ver\u00e1s y te sentir\u00e1s muy diferente!<\/p>\n<p>Te deseo lo mejor.
