Se trata de una sal marina sin refinar ni blanquear que se extrae de la costa francesa y tiene un alto contenido en oligoelementos. Es un poco m\u00e1s cara que la sal de mesa normal, pero un poco rinde mucho y sus beneficios para la salud son muy superiores.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Salsa de curry Rinde: <\/strong>Aproximadamente 1 taza<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de cebolla amarilla picada<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd cucharadas de ajo picado<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd cucharadas de jengibre picado<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de curry en polvo<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de caldo de verduras bajo en sodio<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de maicena<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas soperas sin \u00bd y \u00bd grasa<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de mantequilla light smart balance<\/li>\n<li>3 sobres de stevia \/ splenda<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de cebolla verde<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Pollo:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>4 onzas de pechuga de pollo, sin grasa ni piel<\/li>\n<li>sal al gusto<\/li>\n<li>pimienta negra molida al gusto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Arroz integral:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 taza de arroz integral<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00bc taza de agua<\/li>\n<li>sal al gusto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>M\u00e9todo de preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Sazonar el pollo con sal y pimienta. Asar el pollo hasta que est\u00e9 cocido tir\u00f3. Trocear y reservar.<\/li>\n<li>En una cacerola calentar el arroz integral y el agua hasta que hierva. Pon el arroz a fuego lento y t\u00e1palo. Cocer durante 30-45 minutos hasta que se absorba todo el l\u00edquido. Retira el arroz del fuego y d\u00e9jalo reposar tapado 5 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/li>\n<li>Rociar ligeramente otra sart\u00e9n con spray pam. Sofr\u00eda la cebolla, el ajo y el jengibre a fuego medio hasta que se ablanden.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir el curry en polvo y cocer 2 minutos m\u00e1s hasta que desprenda aroma.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir el caldo de verduras y la maicena. Cocer el l\u00edquido hasta que empiece a hervir a fuego lento y espese.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporar el resto de los ingredientes.<\/li>\n<li>Pon \u00be de taza de arroz en un plato. Mezcla el pollo con \u00bc de taza de salsa de curry.
