Hasta ese momento me centraba principalmente en hacer una sola serie hasta que ya no pod\u00eda m\u00e1s y entonces descansaba.  Una vez recuperado (60-180 segundos), volv\u00eda a hacerlo una y otra vez hasta completar el n\u00famero de series previsto.  Era una t\u00e1ctica eficaz, pero sab\u00eda que si me acomodaba a mi plan de entrenamiento, mi cuerpo tambi\u00e9n lo har\u00eda.  As\u00ed que busqu\u00e9 otro plan de ataque.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>GOTAS TRIPLES<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Para realizar esta t\u00e9cnica de cincelado corporal altamente eficaz, elija cualquier ejercicio:<\/p>\n<p>Utilicemos como ejemplo los rizos con mancuernas.<\/p>\n<p>Coge un juego de mancuernas que se convierta en un reto a partir de 10-12 repeticiones.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, coge inmediatamente un peso m\u00e1s ligero y haz 10-12 m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, una vez m\u00e1s elegir un peso a\u00fan m\u00e1s ligero y obtener tantas repeticiones como sea posible<\/p>\n<p>Cuando mis clientes viajan o tienen poco tiempo, suelo incorporar una rutina de triple ca\u00edda para trabajar lo m\u00e1ximo posible en el menor tiempo posible.
