{"id":2192,"date":"2005-11-12T14:47:00","date_gmt":"2005-11-12T18:47:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.billybeck.com\/wordpress\/physical-training\/how-to-burn-fat-part-1"},"modified":"2017-09-19T15:29:51","modified_gmt":"2017-09-19T19:29:51","slug":"como-quemar-grasa-parte-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/billybeck.com\/es\/physical-training\/how-to-burn-fat-part-1","title":{"rendered":"C\u00f3mo quemar grasa - Parte 1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Supongamos que est\u00e1s sentado en un restaurante pensando en tus cosas y, justo cuando vas a disfrutar de un sorbo de tu bebida helada, un tipo se acerca y empieza a tocarte la oreja.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"color: #cc0000;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 har\u00edas t\u00fa? <\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Mu\u00e9vete a otra mesa.<\/li>\n<li>P\u00eddele que pare.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a1Dale una severa paliza!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Har\u00edas cualquier cosa para detener a la irritante plaga.<\/p>\n<p>Este es un ejemplo de c\u00f3mo funciona nuestro cuerpo.  Es un principio llamado<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>\"Irritaci\u00f3n y adaptaci\u00f3n\".<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Nuestro cuerpo siempre busca la homeostasis, un estado de confort.  Cuando el cuerpo se irrita, consciente o inconscientemente cambia o se adapta para eliminar la irritaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Ansiamos la comodidad (el placer) y evitamos el dolor.<\/p>\n<p>El cuerpo humano es asombroso, en el sentido de que se adaptar\u00e1 a cualquier esfuerzo que se le imponga de forma constante. La primera vez que levantaste mancuernas de veinte libras probablemente te cost\u00f3 levantarlas diez veces. Realmente tuviste que esforzarte, retorcerte y retorcerte para conseguir esas \u00faltimas repeticiones. Con el tiempo se hicieron m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles y entonces pudiste levantar mancuernas de veinticinco libras.  El cuerpo se irritaba y se adaptaba haci\u00e9ndose m\u00e1s fuerte.<\/p>\n<p>Si siguieras levantando las pesas de seis kilos, no estimular\u00edas (irritar\u00edas) el m\u00fasculo. Es entonces cuando se produce la \"meseta\"... el progreso se topa con un muro.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>La \u00fanica forma de garantizar un progreso continuo es <\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>RETAR al cuerpo <\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de lo c\u00f3modo.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Preg\u00fantate: \"\u00bfPuedo hacer una m\u00e1s?\".<\/p>\n<p>Si la respuesta es \"s\u00ed\", ya sabe lo que tiene que hacer.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>LA COMODIDAD MATA<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>P.D.
