En este video, llevo a Adam a trav\u00e9s de un entrenamiento R.A.W. que yo llamo los PILARES del DOLOR. Aunque utilizo un sinf\u00edn de variaciones de este protocolo voy a dar dos versiones aqu\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Los PILARES originales del DOLOR<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>PILAR 1:<\/strong> Tire Carry 20 metros y vuelta<\/p>\n<p><strong>PILAR 2:<\/strong> Keg Farmer's Walk 20 metros y vuelta<\/p>\n<p><strong>PILAR 3:<\/strong> Remo de cuerda con trineo Cuerda de 60 pies<\/p>\n<p><strong>PILAR 4:<\/strong> Hummer Empuja 200 metros y Vuelve corriendo<\/p>\n<p>Descanso 60 segundos<\/p>\n<p>Completar 3 circuitos<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Versi\u00f3n para gimnasios cubiertos<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>PILAR 1:<\/strong> Clean &amp; Press 10 repeticiones<\/p>\n<p><strong>PILAR 2:<\/strong> Estocadas caminando 10 repeticiones<\/p>\n<p><strong>PILAR 3:<\/strong> Chin-ups 10 repeticiones<\/p>\n<p><strong>PILAR 4:<\/strong> Sentadillas 20 repeticiones<\/p>\n<p>Descanso 60 segundos<\/p>\n<p>Circuitos completos 1-4<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Advertencia<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Probablemente no hace falta que lo diga, pero \u00e9ste NO es un entrenamiento para principiantes. Aseg\u00farate de que est\u00e1s sano y en condiciones. Comienza con una serie, mant\u00e9n la forma, descansa un poco m\u00e1s si es necesario y progresa gradualmente. Son los peque\u00f1os pasos en la direcci\u00f3n correcta los que crean la grandeza. Esfu\u00e9rzate por progresar.<\/p>\n<p>Un error com\u00fan es que la mayor\u00eda de la gente cree que necesita una buena paliza para conseguir el aspecto que desea. Esto no es cierto.
