Aunque yo tambi\u00e9n soy susceptible a este villano, hoy he conseguido remontar.  Espero utilizar mi experiencia para ense\u00f1arte c\u00f3mo puedes salir victorioso en la mayor\u00eda de las ocasiones.<\/p>\n<p class=\"highlightblack\">\u00bfQui\u00e9n o qu\u00e9 es esa amenaza para su \u00e9xito?<\/p>\n<p>A ti. M\u00e1s concretamente tu mente. Esa vocecita en tu cabeza. Esa maldita cosa siempre est\u00e1 en marcha, hagas lo que hagas. Siempre est\u00e1 en movimiento. Nunca se detiene... ni siquiera cuando duermes.<\/p>\n<p>Lo sepas o no, puedes controlarlo y dirigirlo para alcanzar cualquier meta o deseo que elijas. Y si no tomas el volante, te llevar\u00e1 a un lugar donde no quieres estar: gordo, cansado, fuera de forma, mental y f\u00edsicamente d\u00e9bil.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Depende de ti.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>T\u00fa DECIDES a d\u00f3nde va.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Si te encuentras en un lugar en el que no quieres estar, deja que tu mente vaya sin rumbo.  Recuerda que tienes todo el control.  Nadie ni nada te controla.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Esto es lo que ha pasado esta ma\u00f1ana.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Es lunes y mi agenda es una locura esta semana.  Seguro que muchos de vosotros os sent\u00eds identificados.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed que son las 8 de la ma\u00f1ana, era hora de entrenar... no a un cliente, sino a m\u00ed mismo.  S\u00f3lo ten\u00eda 20 minutos para hacerlo y me plante\u00e9 dejarlo para m\u00e1s tarde.  Entonces empez\u00f3 la batalla.<\/p>\n<p>El primer disparo se hab\u00eda producido y yo lo sab\u00eda. Mi mente se concentraba en todo lo dem\u00e1s que ten\u00eda que hacer.  R\u00e1pidamente contraatac\u00e9 y pens\u00e9 en lo bien que me sentir\u00eda al haber completado mi entrenamiento.<\/p>\n<p>DECID\u00cd al menos presentarme en el parque donde entrenaba.  Mi entrenamiento inclu\u00eda 20 minutos continuos de dominadas, flexiones y sprints, seguidos de una vuelta alrededor del campo. Mientras entrenaba, mi mente empez\u00f3 a divagar. Me centr\u00e9 en lo que ten\u00eda que hacer m\u00e1s tarde y en d\u00f3nde ten\u00eda que estar.  Mir\u00e9 el reloj y vi que llevaba 6 minutos y 23 segundos de entrenamiento.  Empec\u00e9 a pensar: \"Deber\u00eda parar a los 10 minutos. Tengo tantas cosas que hacer\". Entonces \"\u00a1BAM!\" Me di cuenta de lo que estaba dejando que pasara.<\/p>\n<p>Tengo objetivos f\u00edsicos. \"\u00bfCu\u00e1les son y por qu\u00e9 lo deseo tanto? \u00bfQu\u00e9 me aportar\u00e1?\", me pregunto.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Entonces accion\u00e9 el interruptor.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>He recordado mis objetivos f\u00edsicos.  Tengo la meta de llegar a 4.0% de grasa corporal para el 21 de agosto.<sup>st<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Visualic\u00e9 el aspecto que tendr\u00eda y c\u00f3mo me sentir\u00eda una vez que consiguiera ese objetivo. Lo vi con todo detalle, como si ya estuviera all\u00ed.  Luego me pregunt\u00e9: \"\u00bfQu\u00e9 tipo de esfuerzo tengo que hacer para llegar all\u00ed?\".<\/p>\n<h4><strong>\u00a1BAM! Como un gancho de izquierda de Mike Tyson.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>\u00a1Mi cerebro estaba de vuelta! Termin\u00e9 mi entrenamiento y estaba un paso m\u00e1s cerca de conseguir mi objetivo f\u00edsico. Estuve en la ZONA el resto del d\u00eda. La batalla estaba ganada, pero s\u00e9 que este enemigo nunca descansa.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfLe ha ocurrido esto antes?<\/p>\n<p>Si eres un ser humano, te garantizo que s\u00ed.  He recibido cientos de correos electr\u00f3nicos de personas que quieren perder grasa y entrenar para alcanzar un objetivo, pero creen que est\u00e1n plagados de una enfermedad de la pereza y la falta de inspiraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00f3xima vez que te enfrentes a una \"falta de motivaci\u00f3n o simplemente te sientas desmotivado\" DECIDE lo que quieres y act\u00faa inmediatamente en la direcci\u00f3n de tus objetivos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"highlightblack\">No lo deje para m\u00e1s tarde.<\/p>\n<p>Debes atacar con \u00edmpetu y vigor.<\/p>\n<p>Este es uno de los secretos para alcanzar la grandeza f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<p class=\"highlightred\">Empieza hoy<\/p>\n<p class=\"highlightred\">Empieza ahora.<\/p>\n<p>Comprom\u00e9tete a luchar contra el deseo innato de comodidad del cuerpo. Instintivamente, el cuerpo s\u00f3lo ans\u00eda sobrevivir. En mi opini\u00f3n, vivir s\u00f3lo para sobrevivir no es forma de vivir.<\/p>\n<p>Utiliza esta lecci\u00f3n, para VIVIR A LO GRANDE... f\u00edsica y mentalmente.<\/p>\n<p>Depende de ti.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fa eres la respuesta a tus retos.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Conc\u00e9ntrate en lo que quieres y mantente fuerte!<\/p>\n<p>Billy Beck III<\/p>\n<p>P.D.
