Pueden intentar hacer ejercicio, empezar una nueva dieta o tomar un suplemento. Aunque cada uno de ellos puede producir algunos resultados, con el tiempo se estancan, se frustran y abandonan.<\/p>\n<p>No existe ning\u00fan ingrediente secreto. Quemar grasa, desarrollar m\u00fasculo y optimizar el rendimiento nunca se lograr\u00e1 con una sola t\u00e1ctica. Se requiere una combinaci\u00f3n de ingredientes. Para conseguir el cuerpo que deseas necesitas la receta completa.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando se combinan en las cantidades adecuadas, los Pilares del Poder se apoyan y nutren mutuamente, permitiendo un progreso continuo.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>As\u00ed es como funciona.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>El primer paso es crear el destino en tu mente. Debes saber lo que quieres. Cada d\u00eda debes imaginar c\u00f3mo quieres sentirte y tener ese aspecto. Debes crear tu ideal. Este ejercicio mental diario condiciona tu mente para mantener el rumbo incluso cuando preferir\u00edas quedarte en la cama y comer galletas.<\/p>\n<p>El siguiente paso es empezar a nutrir el cuerpo con la combinaci\u00f3n y la calidad adecuadas de nutrientes para que cree un entorno interno propicio para quemar grasa, a\u00f1adir m\u00fasculo magro y acelerar el metabolismo.<\/p>\n<p>Y por \u00faltimo, pero no por ello menos importante, el entrenamiento f\u00edsico. El entrenamiento de resistencia estimula el cuerpo para aumentar la masa muscular y acelerar el metabolismo. El acondicionamiento cardiovascular se realiza para fortalecer el coraz\u00f3n y la circulaci\u00f3n. El sistema circulatorio lleva los nutrientes a las zonas necesarias del cuerpo para acelerar el proceso de regeneraci\u00f3n y quemar grasa.<\/p>\n<p>Cada Pilar de Poder tiene la misma importancia y ninguno es m\u00e1s importante que los otros dos.
