Sollten Frauen es auch tun?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Warum ist das Heben von Gewichten so wichtig?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Wenn Sie nur Ausdauertraining und eine Di\u00e4t machen, werden Sie Muskeln verlieren. Einfach ausgedr\u00fcckt: Wenn man sie nicht benutzt, verliert man sie. Anstatt sich aufzuplustern, wird Widerstandstraining Ihren K\u00f6rper formen, st\u00e4rken und straffen. Ohne Widerstandstraining entsteht ein weicher, schwacher und schlaffer K\u00f6rper.
