Diese \"Knoten\" schr\u00e4nken den Bewegungsspielraum ein und f\u00fchren bei Vernachl\u00e4ssigung oft zu Verletzungen.  Das einzige Problem bei diesen Techniken ist, dass sie oft die Muskeln hemmen (stilllegen).  Wenn ein Muskel gehemmt ist, kann er sich nicht richtig zusammenziehen.  Auch dies kann zu Verletzungen und einer verminderten Kraft und Leistung f\u00fchren. Die L\u00f6sung besteht darin, myofasziale Arbeit zu leisten und dann die Muskeln zu aktivieren. Es gibt viele M\u00f6glichkeiten, dies zu tun, und ich verwende oft mehrere Techniken, darunter Muskelaktivierungstechniken (MAT), angewandte Kinesiologie, N\u00e4hrstofftests oder eine IGNITE-Aufw\u00e4rmphase.
