Das passiert fast nie.  Sie brauchen also einen intelligenteren Ansatz.  Das ist ganz einfach.  Wenn Sie flei\u00dfig sind, ist es m\u00f6glich, Ihr Ziel zu erreichen, innerhalb von 30 Tagen vollst\u00e4ndige Liegest\u00fctze im Milit\u00e4rstil zu machen.  Es kommt ganz darauf an, wo Sie anfangen. \u00a0<strong>Jeder Mensch mit einem schlagenden Herzen hat die F\u00e4higkeit, st\u00e4rker zu werden.  Das ist eine Tatsache.  Wenn das also Ihr Ziel ist, dann setzen Sie sich daf\u00fcr ein und es wird so sein.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Strategie, um von \"Liegest\u00fctzen f\u00fcr M\u00e4dchen\" zu \"Liegest\u00fctzen im Milit\u00e4rstil\" zu gelangen<\/h4>\n<p><strong><i>HINWEIS: Ich arbeite nicht mit L\u00e4mmern. Ich arbeite mit L\u00f6wen.  Wenn Sie sich dar\u00fcber aufregen, dass ich den Begriff \"M\u00e4dchen-Liegest\u00fctze\" verwendet habe, dann tut mir das nicht leid. Finde dich damit ab. Ich m\u00f6chte, dass die Leute diese Informationen finden, wenn sie sie brauchen, also verwende ich die Terminologie, die sie suchen, und die Worte, die sie verwenden, um ihre Herausforderung zu beschreiben; andernfalls verschwende ich meine Zeit und helfe niemandem.  Wenn Sie nicht \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfig empfindlich sind und nicht wollen, dass ich sterbe, weil ich Sie \"beleidigt\" habe, dann lesen Sie bitte weiter, mein Freund.  So oder so, in der Kapuze ist alles gut.\u00a0<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Das ist so einfach, dass Sie es lieben werden.  Ich habe diese Strategie bei Dutzenden von Kunden mit gro\u00dfem Erfolg angewendet. Sie machen Liegest\u00fctze mit den H\u00e4nden auf einer erh\u00f6hten Fl\u00e4che. Wenn Sie nicht viel Kraft f\u00fcr den Oberk\u00f6rper haben, m\u00fcssen Sie vielleicht auf einem K\u00fcchentisch oder an der Wand beginnen.  Sobald Sie 8 Wiederholungen auf dieser H\u00f6he geschafft haben, senken Sie die Handposition um 15 cm ab.  Schlie\u00dflich arbeiten Sie sich bis zum Boden vor.  Wenn dies ein wichtiges Ziel f\u00fcr Sie ist, machen Sie jeden Tag 8 Liegest\u00fctze, bis Sie Ihr Ziel erreicht haben.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn Sie nicht weiterkommen, machen Sie zwei Tage Pause. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Sie gen\u00fcgend Eiwei\u00df zu sich nehmen und ausreichend schlafen, und machen Sie dann weiter.
