Wenn Sie diese vier einfachen Erfolgsindikatoren konsequent anwenden, k\u00f6nnen Sie erkennen, wann genug ist.  Das nenne ich...<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">Das B.O.S.S.-Prinzip<\/h4>\n<p>Dieses Akronym ist leicht zu merken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B: Verbrennen.<\/strong> \u00a0Wenn Ihre Muskeln brennen, liegt das an der intensiven Beanspruchung der Muskeln. Der Nebeneffekt ist eine nat\u00fcrliche und gesunde Freisetzung des menschlichen Wachstumshormons und eine Zunahme der Kraft und m\u00f6glicherweise der Muskeln.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O: Au\u00dfer Atem.<\/strong> \u00a0Wenn Sie Ihr Herz und Ihre Lunge belasten, reagiert Ihr K\u00f6rper mit der Bildung von mehr Mitochondrien in der Zelle.  Dies ist der physische Ort, an dem ATP\/Energie erzeugt und Fett verbrannt wird.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S: Schwei\u00df.<\/strong> \u00a0Das Nebenprodukt der Muskelkontraktion ist W\u00e4rme.
