Ich habe meinen K\u00f6rper immer mit N\u00e4hrstoffen versorgt, um H\u00f6chstleistungen zu erzielen.  Ich habe mich nie ausgehungert, indem ich Kohlenhydrate, Fette, Proteine oder irgendetwas anderes weggelassen habe.<\/p>\n<p>Nat\u00fcrlich hatte ich keine Ahnung, wovon meine Kunden sprachen, und so hatte ich alle H\u00e4nde voll zu tun.<\/p>\n<p>Ich machte mich sofort auf den Weg in die \u00f6rtliche Buchhandlung \"Borders\" und kaufte jedes Di\u00e4tbuch, das ich finden konnte.  Nach ein paar Monaten hatte ich 68 verschiedene Di\u00e4tb\u00fccher gelesen.   Man sollte meinen, dass ich nach all diesen Bem\u00fchungen Bescheid w\u00fcsste, doch ich war noch verwirrter als je zuvor.<\/p>\n<h4>Jedes Di\u00e4tbuch widersprach dem anderen. Ich verstand vollkommen, was meine Kunden durchmachten. Ern\u00e4hrung ist einfach, aber sie ist kompliziert, weil so viele Vermarkter und \"Di\u00e4texperten\" Ihre Aufmerksamkeit erregen wollen und deshalb die Wahrheit \u00fcbertreiben und oft regelrecht l\u00fcgen.<\/h4>\n<p>In diesem Beitrag werde ich die 5 Prinzipien vorstellen, die bei jedem Menschen mit Herzschlag funktionieren.  Mit \"funktionieren\" meine ich, dass Sie, wenn Sie konsequent nach diesen Prinzipien leben und sie mit einem konsequenten Kraft- und Herz-Kreislauf-Training kombinieren, Ihre Kraft und Ausdauer verbessern und noch besser aussehen und sich besser f\u00fchlen werden.<\/p>\n<p>Lassen Sie uns also gleich zur Sache kommen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3802\" src=\"https:\/\/www.billybeck.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/IMG_8520.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"607\" height=\"584\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In Bezug auf die \"Regel #3: Essen Sie alle 3 Stunden eine Feuer- oder Brennstoffmahlzeit, um Fett als Brennstoff freizusetzen\": Das stimmt nicht ganz.  Essen konsequent \"automatisiert\" es in Ihrem Kopf, so dass Sie nicht verpassen Mahlzeiten und Sie nicht doppelt auf Ihre Mahlzeiten.  Das hilft bei der Verhaltens\u00e4nderung und der Einhaltung der Regeln.  Wenn Sie feststellen, dass Sie am liebsten alle 4, 5 oder 6 Stunden essen, ist das in Ordnung.  Wenn Sie jedoch beim Essen so hungrig sind, dass Sie schlechte Entscheidungen treffen und so lange essen, bis Sie satt sind wie ein Truthahn an Thanksgiving, dann sollten Sie das vielleicht einschr\u00e4nken und essen, bevor Sie hungrig sind wie Marvin.<\/p>\n<p>Das Wichtigste ist, konsequent zu sein.  Essen Sie jeden Tag etwa zu den gleichen Zeiten.  Machen Sie einen Plan und halten Sie sich daran.  Die meisten meiner Kunden essen 4 Mal am Tag, aber manche essen mehr und manche weniger.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Beispiel f\u00fcr einen Tag FUELING (der Name des Kunden wird aus Datenschutzgr\u00fcnden zur\u00fcckgehalten)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>7 Uhr Aufwachen. 0,5 l Wasser trinken\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>7:30 Uhr Zug nach Fahrplan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>9 Uhr: Eiwei\u00dfshake und Blaubeeren oder Apfel.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>12-13 Uhr: H\u00e4hnchenbrust oder Lachs oder Garnelen mit gro\u00dfem gr\u00fcnem Salat mit extra nativem Oliven\u00f6l und Zitrone.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3-4 Uhr: Wiederholen Sie den Proteinshake oder das Mittagessen.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>19-20 Uhr: Wild gefangener Lachs, S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffelp\u00fcree, Spargel, Gew\u00fcrze.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wie Sie sehen k\u00f6nnen, ist das nicht schick. Es ist einfach.  Es erfordert Vorausplanung.  Wenn Sie Ihren Tag ohne einen Plan beginnen, dann planen Sie zu scheitern.  Sie m\u00fcssen nicht perfekt sein, aber Sie m\u00fcssen konsequent sein.  Wenn Sie jeden Tag etwa zur gleichen Zeit essen, werden Sie nicht nur Zeit sparen, sondern auch den ganzen Tag \u00fcber mehr Energie haben.
