Sie waren nicht an jedem kleinen Detail interessiert; sie wollten nur einen einfachen Plan, der wirklich funktioniert.<\/p>\n<p>Bumm!  Hier ist es...<\/p>\n<h3>8 t\u00e4gliche Handlungen, die Ihren Geist, Ihren K\u00f6rper und Ihre Leistung ver\u00e4ndern<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Fl\u00fcssigkeitszufuhr: Trinken Sie pro Tag die H\u00e4lfte Ihres K\u00f6rpergewichts in Unzen Wasser.<\/li>\n<li>Essen Sie Lebensmittel, die m\u00f6glichst naturnah sind.  Vermeiden Sie die meiste Zeit verarbeitete Lebensmittel.<\/li>\n<li>Essen Sie eine \"Ergebnismahlzeit\" (ausgewogene Mahlzeit), bevor Sie \"hungrig\" sind. Planen Sie Ihre Essenszeiten und halten Sie sie ein.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fchren Sie ein t\u00e4gliches Ern\u00e4hrungstagebuch.  Eine Forschungsstudie zeigte eine 64% Steigerung der Ergebnisse.  Selbsterkenntnis ist der erste Schritt, um etwas in Ihrem Leben zu verbessern.  Sie wissen nicht, was Sie nicht wissen.<\/li>\n<li>Fordern Sie Ihren K\u00f6rper mit Gewichten und Ausdauertraining heraus.  F\u00fchren Sie Widerstandstraining und Herz-Kreislauf-Konditionierung durch.<\/li>\n<li>Trennen Sie sich zweimal am Tag f\u00fcr mindestens 10 Minuten.  Bleiben Sie in dieser Zeit \"STILLSTAND\" und seien Sie pr\u00e4sent. Das zahlt sich sehr aus, wenn Sie es sich zur Gewohnheit machen.<\/li>\n<li>Besinnen Sie sich t\u00e4glich auf Ihr Ziel.  Seien Sie sich dar\u00fcber im Klaren, was Sie erreichen wollen, warum Sie es wollen und seien Sie dankbar f\u00fcr die Gelegenheit.<\/li>\n<li>Planen Sie jeden Abend und bereiten Sie sich auf den n\u00e4chsten Tag vor. Ein Leben in st\u00e4ndiger Reaktion f\u00fchrt zu Stress, schlechter Entscheidungsfindung und weniger Erf\u00fcllung im Leben.  Nehmen Sie sich einen Moment Zeit, um Ihren Tag zu gestalten.
