Ihr Stoffwechsel ger\u00e4t in einen Zustand der Entbehrung, was zu Schwankungen des Blutzuckerspiegels f\u00fchrt. Untersuchungen der Florida State University zeigen au\u00dferdem, dass das Auslassen von Mahlzeiten zu schlechter Entscheidungsfindung und mangelnder Selbstkontrolle f\u00fchrt. Fazit: Lassen Sie keine Mahlzeiten aus, es sei denn, Sie wollen Fett einlagern! Diese Woche habe ich einen Essensplan erstellt, Ihnen eine Einkaufsliste und sogar zwei Rezepte gegeben!
