Das ist nicht unbedingt schlecht, aber es ist immer besser, sich an Lebensmittel zu halten, die n\u00e4her an ihrer nat\u00fcrlichen Quelle sind! Die meisten Eiwei\u00dfriegel enthalten viele k\u00fcnstliche Inhaltsstoffe, und die, die nicht k\u00fcnstlich sind, enthalten oft eine Menge Zucker. In der n\u00e4chsten Woche werde ich Ihnen die 5 besten Proteinriegel auf dem Markt vorstellen und Ihnen sagen, wo Sie sie bekommen k\u00f6nnen. <em>Top 5 der ges\u00fcndesten Snacks<\/em> die BESSER sind als Proteinriegel.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">20 rohe Mandeln &amp; 1 Apfel<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Einfacher griechischer Joghurt &amp; 1 Tasse Bio-Blaubeeren<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">1\/2 Avocado &amp; 2 Eier aus Freilandhaltung mit scharfer So\u00dfe<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">M\u00e4nnliche Muffins (siehe Rezept unten)<\/li>\n<li>Schokoladen-Minze-Power-Shake (siehe Rezept unten)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>M\u00e4nnliche Muffins<\/h2>\n<h3>Zutaten:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 ganzes Ei (vorzugsweise aus kontrolliert biologischem Anbau)<\/li>\n<li>1 Tasse Eiwei\u00df<\/li>\n<li>1 Tasse nat\u00fcrliches Apfelmus<\/li>\n<li>1 Tasse Haferflocken<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Messl\u00f6ffel Vanille Formel 1 Proteinpulver<\/li>\n<li>2-3 Essl\u00f6ffel Zimt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Anweisungen:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Alle Zutaten in einer gro\u00dfen R\u00fchrsch\u00fcssel verr\u00fchren, bis ein dickfl\u00fcssiger Teig entstanden ist. Er sollte dunkelbraun sein. Ist dies nicht der Fall, f\u00fcgen Sie etwas mehr Zimt hinzu, bis die gew\u00fcnschte Farbe erreicht ist.<\/li>\n<li>Heizen Sie den Ofen auf 350 Grad vor.<\/li>\n<li>Bespr\u00fchen Sie Aluminium-Muffins-Formen mit Kochspray oder Kokos\u00f6l.<\/li>\n<li>Als N\u00e4chstes f\u00fcllen Sie den Teig in die F\u00f6rmchen und achten Sie darauf, dass sie jeweils bis oben hin gef\u00fcllt sind.<\/li>\n<li>25-30 Minuten backen.
