Offenbar war das das Geheimnis ihres Gewichtsverlusts, zumindest wollten das alle glauben. So einfach ist das - den ganzen Tag essen, was man will, und dann um 20 Uhr aufh\u00f6ren. Nicht wirklich.<\/p>\n<p>Um die Antwort zu finden, sollten wir uns ein wenig mit der Wissenschaft befassen.<\/p>\n<p>Laut einer in der Zeitschrift ver\u00f6ffentlichten Studie, <em><strong>Adipositas-Forschung<\/strong><\/em>Wissenschaftler des Oregon National Primate Research Center an der Oregon Health &amp; Science University glauben, dass sie dazu beigetragen haben, den Mythos zu zerstreuen, dass n\u00e4chtliches Essen zu Gewichtszunahme f\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p><em>\"Jeder von uns hat schon einmal geh\u00f6rt, dass wir es vermeiden sollten, sp\u00e4t in der Nacht zu essen, da dies zu einer Gewichtszunahme f\u00fchren w\u00fcrde.
