Ich nenne es INFERNO.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>INFERNO = Fettabbau<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>INFERNO ist ein Laktatschwellenprotokoll, was im Grunde bedeutet, dass es brennen wird wie H-E-Doppel-Hockeyschl\u00e4ger. Dieses Brennen wird, wie Sie wahrscheinlich wissen, durch eine Ansammlung von Milchs\u00e4ure verursacht. Was Sie vielleicht nicht wissen, ist die Reaktion des K\u00f6rpers auf diesen Zustand. Das Hauptziel des K\u00f6rpers ist immer das \u00dcberleben, mehr als alles andere.  Wenn die Muskeln mit Milchs\u00e4ure verstopft sind, k\u00f6nnen sie sich nicht mehr zusammenziehen. In Bezug auf das \u00dcberleben (denken Sie an den H\u00f6hlenmenschen, der dem S\u00e4belzahntiger ausweicht) bedeutet dies, dass Sie nicht \"K\u00c4MPFEN oder FLIEGEN\" k\u00f6nnen. Das Wachstumshormon verbrennt Fett, baut Muskeln auf und l\u00e4sst Sie besser aussehen. Je gr\u00f6\u00dfer die Verbrennung, desto gr\u00f6\u00dfer die GH-Aussch\u00fcttung \ud83d\ude42 .<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Bew\u00e4hrt in den Gr\u00e4ben<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Das INFERNO ist kein Workout, das ich mir f\u00fcr dieses Video ausgedacht habe.  Ich habe es in den letzten 6 Jahren (2005) erprobt und es hat sich bew\u00e4hrt. Sonst w\u00fcrde ich es nicht mit Ihnen teilen.  Wenn Sie es mit der richtigen Ern\u00e4hrung und einer zielgerichteten Einstellung kombinieren, k\u00f6nnen Sie erwarten, 0,5% K\u00f6rperfett pro Woche zu verlieren (obwohl wir oft eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Fettreduktion sehen).<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Herausforderung = Ver\u00e4nderung<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Das Tolle an diesem Video ist, dass Sie sehen k\u00f6nnen, welche Intensit\u00e4t erforderlich ist, um k\u00f6rperliche Ver\u00e4nderungen zu bewirken, und nicht nur einen Ausdruck des Programms.
