Im Laufe von ein paar Monaten las ich 68 verschiedene Di\u00e4tb\u00fccher. Das hat mich nur noch mehr verwirrt. LOL! \ud83d\ude42 .<\/p>\n<p><em>Dann hatte ich eine Eingebung.<\/em> Ich erkannte, dass ich, wenn ich Muskeln aufbauen wollte, anders a\u00df und anders trainierte, um das Ziel zu erreichen. Als ich mein Ziel auf Fettverbrennung und Muskelaufbau \u00e4nderte, \u00e4nderte ich auch die Art und Weise, wie ich a\u00df und trainierte. Die Erleuchtung war folgende: Wenn sich das Ziel \u00e4ndert, \u00e4ndert sich auch der Plan. Das Ziel und der Plan m\u00fcssen aufeinander abgestimmt sein. Diese einfache Strategie wird oft \u00fcbersehen. Ich nenne dies NUTRITION CYCLING. Es beseitigt die Verwirrung, die durch die meisten Di\u00e4ten entsteht, und macht die Erfahrung des Essens viel angenehmer und nachhaltiger.
