Das H\u00e4hnchen grillen, bis es durchgegart ist. Zerkleinern und beiseite stellen.<\/li>\n<li>Den braunen Reis und das Wasser in einem Topf erhitzen, bis er kocht. Den Reis auf niedrige Stufe stellen und abdecken. 30-45 Minuten kochen, bis die gesamte Fl\u00fcssigkeit aufgesogen ist. Den Reis vom Herd nehmen und noch 5 Minuten zugedeckt stehen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Eine weitere Pfanne leicht mit Pam-Spray einspr\u00fchen. Zwiebel, Knoblauch und Ingwer bei mittlerer Hitze anbraten, bis sie weich sind.<\/li>\n<li>Das Currypulver hinzuf\u00fcgen und weitere 2 Minuten kochen, bis es duftet.<\/li>\n<li>Die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche und die Speisest\u00e4rke einr\u00fchren. Die Fl\u00fcssigkeit kochen, bis sie zu k\u00f6cheln beginnt und eindickt.<\/li>\n<li>Die restlichen Zutaten unterr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>\u00be Tasse Reis auf einen Teller geben. Das H\u00e4hnchen in \u00bc Tasse Currysauce schwenken.
