Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt konzentrierte ich mich haupts\u00e4chlich darauf, einen einzigen Satz zu machen, bis ich ihn nicht mehr bewegen konnte, und ruhte mich dann aus.  Sobald ich mich erholt hatte (60-180 Sekunden), fing ich immer wieder an, bis ich die geplante Anzahl von S\u00e4tzen geschafft hatte.  Das war eine wirksame Taktik, aber ich wusste, dass mein K\u00f6rper sich mit meinem Trainingsplan anfreunden w\u00fcrde.  Also suchte ich nach einem anderen Angriffsplan.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>DREIFACH-TROPFEN<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>W\u00e4hlen Sie eine beliebige \u00dcbung, um diese hocheffektive Technik zur K\u00f6rperformung auszuf\u00fchren:<\/p>\n<p>Nehmen wir als Beispiel Kurzhantel-Curls.<\/p>\n<p>Nehmen Sie einen Satz Kurzhanteln, der bei 10-12 Wiederholungen zur Herausforderung wird.<\/p>\n<p>Dann nimmst du sofort ein leichteres Gewicht und stemmst 10-12 weitere.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hlen Sie dann wieder ein noch leichteres Gewicht und machen Sie so viele Wiederholungen wie m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn meine Kunden auf Reisen sind oder unter Zeitdruck stehen, baue ich oft eine Triple-Drop-Routine ein, um in k\u00fcrzester Zeit so viel Arbeit wie m\u00f6glich zu erledigen. Ich verwende gerne FREE MOTION oder andere selektiv gesteuerte Ger\u00e4te. Der Hauptgrund daf\u00fcr ist die Bequemlichkeit, einfach einen Stift zu ziehen und das Gewicht in k\u00fcrzester Zeit zu wechseln.
