Das Prinzip hei\u00dft<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>\"Irritation und Anpassung\".<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Unser K\u00f6rper ist immer auf der Suche nach Hom\u00f6ostase, einem Zustand des Wohlbefindens.  Wenn der K\u00f6rper irritiert wird, wird er sich bewusst oder unbewusst ver\u00e4ndern oder anpassen, um die Irritation zu beseitigen.<\/p>\n<p>Wir sehnen uns nach Komfort (Vergn\u00fcgen) und vermeiden Schmerz.<\/p>\n<p>Der menschliche K\u00f6rper ist insofern erstaunlich, als er sich an jede Belastung anpassen kann, die ihm auferlegt wird. Als Sie das erste Mal zwanzig Pfund schwere Hanteln gehoben haben, war es wahrscheinlich schwierig, sie zehnmal zu heben. Sie mussten sich wirklich anstrengen, zappeln und winden, um die letzten paar Wiederholungen zu schaffen. Mit der Zeit wurden sie leichter, und dann konnte man f\u00fcnfundzwanzig Pfund schwere Hanteln heben.  Der K\u00f6rper war gereizt und hat sich angepasst, indem er st\u00e4rker wurde.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn Sie weiterhin die Zwanzig-Pf\u00fcnder heben w\u00fcrden, w\u00fcrden Sie den Muskel nicht stimulieren (reizen). Das ist, wenn das \"Plateau\" Streiks ... Fortschritte trifft eine Mauer.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Die einzige M\u00f6glichkeit, kontinuierliche Fortschritte zu erzielen, besteht darin <\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>CHALLENGE den K\u00f6rper <\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00fcber das hinaus, was bequem ist.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Fragen Sie sich selbst: \"Kann ich noch eins machen?\"<\/p>\n<p>Wenn die Antwort \"ja\" lautet, wissen Sie, was zu tun ist.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>KOMFORT T\u00d6TET!<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>P.S.
